ARTICHOKE CHILI DIP

1 (14 oz.) can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped

1 c. grated Monterey Jack cheese

1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chili peppers, drained

1 c. mayonnaise

Mix the artichokes, cheese, chili peppers, and mayonnaise in a small bowl. Place the mixture in a 8 inch baking dish or pie plate and bake for 20 minutes on 350 degrees F. Serve with warm tortilla chips.
