INGREDIENTS
2 pounds ground beef
1 large onion, chopped
2 (16 ounce) cans chili beans, drained
1 (64 fluid ounce) bottle tomato juice
1 (40 ounce) can prepared beef stew
1 tablespoon chili powder, or to taste
salt and pepper to taste
DIRECTIONS
Brown the ground beef with onion until meat is no longer pink and onion is tender, drain and add the beans juice and can beef stew, with seasonings to taste. Cook over medium heat until it simmers, Serve hot.
