     1 teaspoon black pepper</p>
<p>
     1/2 teaspoon garlic powder</p>

     1/2 teaspoon onion powder</p>
<p>
     1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper</p>
<p>
     1/2 teaspoon oregano</p>
<p>
     1/4 cup sugar</p>
<p>
     1 teaspoon hot sauce</p>
<p>
     1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce</p>

<p>
DIRECTIONS</p>
<p>
Brown the beef in a large pot and drain off liquids.</p>
<p>
Mix the remaining ingredients, bring to a boil and reduce heat to simmering for 4 hours, stirring and seasoning to taste.</p>

Brown the ground chuck and drain. Add the sliced peppers or whole and simmer 45 minutes, then remove peppers. If you like the heat, slice them and leave in. There is no wrong way to make this chili, add the ingredients to a saucepan and heat for 20 minutes on medium heat until you want to “ experience it, feeling free to deviate. Do have fun with it!</p>
